David Yates, Host
The Home Improvement Zone, powered by Current Energy is hosted by David
Yates, the premiere real estate and home improvement host in the nation.
David has been in
the homebuilding/ real estate industry for more than 15 years and has
managed the sale of more than $100,000,000 worth of homes since
1991. David is a licensed Realtor, a custom home builder, and was
named a Certified Sales Professional in 1993 and a Certified Graduate
Builder in 1997 by the National Association of Home Builders.
Joe Harberg, Co-Host
Joseph L. Harberg is principal partner of Current Energy, creator of
the world's first energy efficiency store™, located in the Knox-
Henderson area of Dallas. Joe joined Current Energy as a principal
partner in 2004. He is responsible for co-managing Current Energy with
company founder Josh Stern and leading strategic initiatives for all
divisions of the company.
When not being featured in TIME Magazine, Joe co-hosts The Current
Energy Report, offering listeners practical energy-saving and greener
living tips.
Chad Vickers, Co-Host
A co-host of the Current Energy Reort, Chad Vickers is a talented, motivating, and innovative leader in the retail world. Chad joined the Current Energy team in 2006 and was a crucial part
in planning both store layout and concept development for the world's first energy efficiency store.
During that first year, he immersed himself in the industry, learning immense amounts of knowledge regarding energy efficiency. Chad has recruited and trained some of the finest associates in the industry.
Erin Covert, "Hands On"
Erin Covert hosts the "Hands On" segment on The Home Improvement Zone Radio Show. She writes freelance articles on home, cooking, and all types of "how-to" projects for The Dallas Morning News and other publications.
For The Home Improvement Zone Radio Show, Erin will talk about project ideas and advice, including how to keep a "greener," more environmentally-friendly home.
